Power Yoga

All levels welcome.

This class is a challenging and flowing form of Vinyasa yoga. We focus on building strength and stability before mobility, while linking movement with breath. I provide modifications and variations to meet you at your level, while playfully encouraging you to stretch your limits.

Recommended Props:

  • Yoga Mat

  • 1-2 Yoga Blocks

  • Strap/Towel

  • Water (Please hydrate before and after practice!)

Prenatal Yoga

This is a gentle Vinyasa practice geared towards deepening the connection between you and your baby. Through restorative poses and movement, interwoven with childbirth education, learn tools to use during pregnancy, labor, and beyond.

Recommended Props:

  • Yoga Mat

  • 2 Yoga Blocks

  • Water

  • Comfortable clothes to move in

Private Lessons

Private yoga lessons provide the opportunity to address your specific needs and goals through an individually tailored practice.

Private lessons are great for:

  • Building confidence before jumping into a group class;

  • Mastering a particular asana;

  • Learning modifications to accommodate and improve mobility restrictions;

  • Learning modifications to your regular practice to accommodate pregnancy;

  • Getting individualized attention

Price: Free 15-minute initial consult to discuss your goals; $75 for 60-minute session
